Who we are
Originally founded by Mr Alan Tuer himself in 1979, the company's first premise was in Kingstown, Carlisle eventually expanding and purchasing land in Blackford, Carlisle which is now the home depot for Alan Tuer Plant Hire. Since the passing of Mr Alan Tuer in 1998 his daughter Stephanie took over the business keeping his name and legacy alive. In 2007 Alan Tuer Ltd was appointed North Cumbria and Scottish Borders Distributor for Ifor Williams Trailers.
